Having a druid mother with white fur and black spots and a warrior father with black fur and white stripes, Tel’ Shira caused quite a stir among her tribe when she was born with pure white fur. As a young child, the Felite Confederacy was having border skirmishes with barghest tribes from both the east and west, which made it necessary for every new child to be trained as part of the army. Since her fur was without spots or stripes, this made it difficult for her growing up.

Fortunately, when Tel’ Shira turned twelve years old -the age for a warrior or druid to start training- she began demonstrating exceptional physical talents. After only a year of training, she was already showing an aptitude in acrobatics, hand to hand combat, and demonstrated extraordinary reflexes. Though the normal training period for a felite warrior is four years, the end of her first year of training was the beginning of a major war with one of the larger barghest tribes.

Only thirteen years old, Tel’ Shira fought side by side with the rest of the felite army and defended her home from a large-scale barghest assault. After weeks of conflict, the felite were able to secure a decisive victory and Tel’ Shira was recognized for her valor in combat. Following this war, Tel’ Shira continued her education and over the next couple of centuries was part of every major conflict that the Felite Confederacy engaged in. Though felite do not assign official rank to their warriors, Tel’ Shira is often assigned the most important missions and has led more than a handful of campaigns against enemies of the confederacy.
